Fiona Brookwell - RPX2 Founder

Fiona Brookwell

Management Consultant, Coach

Fiona is the founder of RPX2 and a passionate talent management consultant and experienced coach.

She held a number of senior HR management positions within major UK retailing businesses such as Kingfisher, Etam and World Duty Free before starting her own HR consultancy in 1999.

Within the UK, Fiona is a key partner for The Predictive Index®, the PI Learning Indicator™ and the CATIL interviewing and 360 competency framework, and has been training, coaching and implementing these tools within UK and international organisations since 2001.

She is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a qualified user of a range of psychometric tests. When she’s not helping other people improve their personal and professional performance Fiona loves spending as much time as possible with her family.

Michael Jones - RPX2 Co-Founder

Michael Jones

Coach & Management Consultant

Michael is the co-founder of RPX2 and an experienced ICF member coach and management consultant who is passionate about human potential.

He has over 25 years of experience in general management, specialising latterly in the travel retail sector with Alpha Airports Group, World Duty Free and Duty Free Americas. He has lived in a number of different cultures and has run businesses in the UK, the US, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Michael established his own consultancy in 2007 working primarily with The Predictive Index, but also using a wide range of other tools to help organisations recognise and realise the potential that exists in their individual employees and their teams.

As well as being a passionate advocate of The Predictive Index for many years, Michael is also an NLP and MBTI Practitioner and has more than a passing interest in Astrology!
