Within the UK, Fiona is an Elite Certified Partner of The Predictive Index, and has been training, coaching and implementing these tools within UK and international organisations since 2001. She is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She is passionate about developing people and specifically encouraging good leadership behaviour that drives people engagement. She was highly regarded at Virgin Holidays for developing high-performing teams who went on to win numerous industry awards.

As well as being a Coach and Mentor, Terri also works with Executive Teams/C-Suites to harmonise their ways of working, resulting in better collaborations to deliver the companies strategic objectives.

Terri has been an avid PI Analyst for nearly 20 years both in-house as a HRD and with clients as an independent PI Consultant. Terri also delivers PI training and Refresher sessions helping clients to get the most out of the PI tools.

Terri has designed and delivers the People Management Skills workshop designed to make people managers more effective, enhance their leadership skills and help them build high-performing teams.

Wendy is a seasoned behavioural change specialist and psychologist with over 20 years of experience in change management, coaching, and HR. She holds two master’s degrees in Psychology and Human Resource Management. Diagnosed with autism and dyslexia as an adult, Wendy brings personal insights into the topics of neurodiversity and burnout.

Her career spans roles at Accenture, Barclays, Cisco Systems, and boutique law and financial services firms. Wendy is also a qualified yoga and meditation teacher, and an ADHD assessor. She has conducted extensive research into sleep and burnout, offering scientifically proven methods to help clients thrive.

Wendy is passionate about coaching neurodiverse individuals. She focuses on supporting individuals on performance improvement plans, conducting ADHD assessments, preventing burnout, and aiding in redundancy situations. She blends coaching, mentoring, and psychological therapies to support her clients in burning bright, not out.

Wendy helps companies to optimise the potential of their neurodiverse employees. She works with organisations to ensure that these valuable team members are fully integrated and understood, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace environment.
