Fiona Brookwell

Fiona is a Director at RPX2 Ltd. She is a passionate Talent Optimization Consultant and experienced Coach. She held a number of senior HR management positions within major UK retailing businesses before starting her own HR consultancy in 1999.

Within the UK, Fiona is am Elite Certified Partner of The Predictive Index, and has been training, coaching and implementing these tools within UK and international organisations since 2001. She is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

When she’s not helping other people improve their personal and professional performance, Fiona loves spending as much time as possible with her family.

Sarah was the Operations Director at Predictive Advantage for 17 years where she ran the Administration Office and oversaw the day-to-day running of the business.

Sarah now co-owns Advantage Business Support Ltd. She continues to provide client management and other admin support to RPX2 Ltd.

Michael is a Director at RPX2 Ltd. He is an experienced management consultant and ICF member coach, and passionate about human potential.

He has over 25 years of experience in general management, specialising latterly in the travel retail sector. He has lived in a number of different cultures and has run businesses in the UK, the US, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Michael established his own consultancy in 2007 working primarily with The Predictive Index to help organisations recognise and realise the potential in their individual employees and their teams.

As well as being an Elite Certified Partner and passionate advocate of The Predictive Index, Michael has more than a passing interest in Astrology!

Sabine is German and has extensive experience in project management and marketing.

Sabine worked at Predictive Advantage for 11 years where she managed all marketing activities while continuing to be part of the workshop coordination team and offering administrative support to our Associates.

Daniela Piryova, MA, MBA is a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant and independent PI Associate at RPX2 Ltd. She supports clients in Bulgaria in adopting and implementing The Predictive Index® (PI) Talent Optimization platform and tools.

Daniela has over 25 years of experience in senior managerial and management consulting roles with local and international companies and has worked in a dozen countries in CEE and SEE regions.

She established her own consultancy in 2007 and is supporting companies and teams in Organizational Design and Efficiency, Human Capital Management and Talent Development, Behavioral & Cognitive Assessments, and Individual and Team Coaching.

Daniela’s expertise is based on a solid academic background, combined with additional qualifications which enable her to apply an interdisciplinary approach and to be flexible and creative in dealing with challenging businesses cases when supporting organizations, teams and individuals in gaining higher efficiency, improving productivity and achieving team engagement.
