Introducing

The Burn Bright Progamme

Today’s demanding work environment can easily lead to burnout. Undiagnosed neurodiverse conditions can be a contributing factor.

Neurodiverse individuals often expend extra energy trying to fit into a neurotypical world.

Exhaustion can lead to underperformance. Companies often react with performance management measures that are not always based around the needs of the neurodiverse individual. They can unintentionally be counter-productive.

Find out more in this candid and insightful interview with Wendy Macartney.

But what if burnout and underperformance could truly become a catalyst for positive change?

Awareness is key. Firstly, the individual needs to have the neurodiversity diagnosis confirmed and accept it.

Secondly, the organisation has to put appropriate policies and strategies in place to support. Neurodiversity can result in amazing creativity and problem-solving abilities – but only in the right work environment.

Wendy brings the perfect balance of empathy, professionalism and knowledge to the table. She works with individuals to help them unmask and celebrate their neurodiversity. As a consequence, productivity increases and innovation flourishes.

Working with organisations, she helps to implement strategies to support neurodiverse individuals and shift the company culture firmly towards empathy and understanding.
