The Career Intelligence® Conversations Training Programme is designed to provide managers and employees with the tools they need to engage in higher-quality, trust-building conversations that strengthen relationships and create mutually beneficial outcomes.
In today’s workplace, a positive manager-employee relationship is essential, as studies show that a poor relationship with one’s manager is the number one reason employees leave their jobs. Research from Gallup indicates that 70% of an employee’s engagement is influenced by their manager, highlighting the importance of effective communication and support.
This programme offers a structured approach through a series of 12 webinars (60-90 minutes each) for both employees and managers, covering all essential topics to build a culture where career development is individually led, manager-supported, and aligned with organisational goals.
