Our PI Consultant Dragana Ristić is working very hard to spread the Talent Optimization message to the business community in Serbia. She is part of the HR working group of the German Chamber of Commerce in Serbia.
We are delighted to share that she has recently had the opportunity to present The Predictive Index (PI) methodology – and in particular the new PI Team Discovery tool – to the members of the Chamber. This new and unique Team functionality allows you to assess your team’s strategic goals and behavioural style side-by-side. You can then determine where the team is suited to succeed and where they may need to stretch.
Around forty attendees from the HR communities of German companies – as well as company owners who work with German companies – were treated to an informative session on how the PI tools can help businesses to align their talent strategy with their people strategy to achieve the best possible results – and become talent optimized.
