These terms and conditions apply to the provision of any Professional Management Workshop in our product range. The seminars are delivered by RPX2 Ltd through experienced and authorised facilitators either in-person or virtually. These facilitator-led training sessions include presentations, practice scenarios and other interactive tools. After the workshop, participants are given access to online technical and general support, as well as help and education articles.
You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by completing and submitting an online or manual registration form for any of our workshops.
If applicable, the workshop fees as quoted or set out in the registration document are payable in full in advance of the start date.
If applicable, additional costs such as kit delivery or shared costs (pro rata allocation of trainer’s expenses and/or conference package) will be included in the billing. These costs will be communicated and agreed with you before the start of the workshop.
All costs are quoted exclusive of VAT. All local taxes relating to the payment of the invoice are to be borne by your company.
Your own hotel accommodation is not included in the workshop fees, and you are requested to make your own arrangements.
In the event of cancellation of an enrolment between 3 weeks and 1 week prior to the starting date of the workshop, a cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop fee and the shared costs will be charged.
If a cancellation is received during the week preceding the starting date, or if a participant fails to appear for the seminar, 100% of the workshop fee and the shared costs will be charged.
For an in-house workshop, participants may cancel free of charge at any point as long as the minimum number of 6 participants is met. If the number of participants falls below 6 then the fee for 6 participants will still apply.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Substitution of participant(s) can be made any time up to the last working day prior to the seminar, free of charge.
If the required minimum participant numbers for a workshop are not met, RPX2 Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop up to three weeks before the starting date of the workshop. RPX2 Ltdreserves the right to change the trainer depending on enrolment. We will endeavour to inform you of any necessary changes immediately and use reasonable endeavours to keep any such changes to a minimum.
RPX2 Ltd is released from responsibility for non-fulfillment of training under the present agreement, if this non-fulfillment was caused by the circumstances of Force-Majeure, and could not be avoided by the exercise of due diligence and care. RPX2 Ltdshould inform the client no later than 2 days after Force-Majeure circumstances occur.
All copyright and intellectual property rights relating to documents, printed materials and information provided in connection with the provision of the workshops in our product range are reserved. You may not reproduce, make derivates or distribute copies of any such materials without consent.
